“Woman at front desk cannot speak English. I don't go to India and expect everyone to speak English. Had to wait 30 min to check in because ground floor room I requested by phone twice was not available. Television did not work. Ice machine did not work. Will not stay here again.”

“We have stayed here several times and like the convenient, quiet location. One difference I noticed this time was damage to the bathroom door ( probably from a dog) and strong smell of cleaning products that triggered allergies. Overall the stay was good with friendly staff.”

“the property is located on the hillside and has a real good , carefully designed crafted Japanese garden-like surroundings. it has wooden and stone steps , handles, very artistic. They have a stone decorated stream with mini waterfalls and koi goldfish pond. the property sauna is also working well and is a nice feature. the main building interior has a real homey atmosphere and interior of mid 1940 - 1950 s they have an independenly running very good a la carte three course lunch meal...
