We ate in the attached restaurant - was really tasty.
Whilst they didn't have one of the breakfast options (no avocado either morning despite having a huge morrisons down the road!) the breakfast was tasty and well cooked.
Would definitely recommend if you are staying on the Isle...

Breakfast amazing, even M&S zero fat Greek Yoghurt selection and perfect Avocado with lightly poached egg! Full English cooked fresh and looked very appetising.

“The property was on the seafront overlooking the beach, Southend Pier, and the amusements. All of the food outlets were either on the seafront or within 20 minutes walk east or west along the parade or north going towards Sainsburys. Lovely place which i hope to visit again.”

“Our second visit to Greens Cottages as close to our daughter in Sittingbourne. Good dog walks, great pub. Well stocked kitchen if you like to cook. Nice welcome pack - butter/ milk/ tea/ coffee/ juice and a loaf of sourdough the next day. Salt, pepper, olive oil , loo paper. So you don’t need to bring with you.”
