“The property was conveniently located for the purpose of our trip. The room was certainly spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was bright and very clean.”

“First room they gave me, the need was broken and the latch to lock the door was barely hanging on. They did upgrade me to a larger room, but the TV didn't work. I told the staff in the morning but when I got back out still want fixed. So the evening shift fixed while I was out. They were helpful but the place itself seems in disarray.”

“Staff was excellent. Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool. Hot tube was excellent. I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there. Room was excellent.”

“Sadly our room was not cleaned thoroughly—our bathroom had used towels hanging in it and toothpaste on the vanity. There was no shampoo in the container hanging in the shower. The bathroom needed obvious repairs done as well. The bedspreads had questionable stains on them. When I told the lady at the front desk about the bathroom she did apologize and stated she “told them to finish cleaning that room yesterday.” No discounts offered or anything to try to make it right.”

“The staff behind the desk were friendly and helpful about the area. The room was clean and quiet. Coming into the lobby gave a warm outdoor vibe. Great place.”

“The room was dirty..the bathroom was disgusting..smelled musty. Garbage on the floor in the bathroom.. I don't see us coming back”

“cool historic property. Just know that your room is going to face a busy major Fargo street, regardless of which room you are assigned. The rooms have no sound proofing. (more on that later). Fargo is a major motorcycle city in the summer, so, traffic and loud bikes, until around sunset, are it seems almost constant. Back to the noise. Staying on the 2nd level, the first level with guest rooms, the sound of the occupant in the room above me was also quite irritating. Whoever had that room...

“It was an unexpected respite from the road. From decor to local shop partnerships in the first-floor space. Loved the bonus hangout space on the second floor. Would stay again without a doubt!”

“We asked for Softer pillows. And was told they didn’t have any only larger ones for the king beds. Breakfast area there wasn’t any half&half for coffee staff we friendly thx”

“The staff were courteous . The hotel should let travelers know that the wifi connection is unsecured and a risk for guests. I called down to the front desk before getting the password and the staff did not know if it was a secure WIFI connection. They gave me a the room code, and I used my own new password for the access. I only found out was I logged out. The Hotel ran out of office on Thursday morning for over an hour. Breakfast/ Coffee starts late 7:30am.”
