“Room door would not shut, they gave another room. Pool dirty and several inner pool tiles missing.”

“The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I enjoyed using the fitness room; it was perfect for my needs. The management was very helpful and courteous. The hot breakfasts were wonderful. The only downside to my stay was that I was told that the room would be serviced every 3 days. Since I was there for 6 nights, I expected my room to be refreshed at least once during my stay.
