Staff was friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was too far from the thruway and in a very isolated area with no restaurants or retail. TV was terrible and beds too high to get into. 2nd floor walk-up challenging for seniors with luggage.

The person who helped me check in was very friendly and helpful. She explained when the amenities were available, such as breakfast and the pool, and offered cookies, coffee or bottled water.
