“Unable to secure room with my visa. Had to call a friend to come there and use theirs. beer cost 2x more than downtown bars They try to keep selling you food at the bar with every drink. Even if you say not ordering tonight. Extra unexplained charge on the room on top of the room price... I wont be back.”

“The room was a great size, super clean and felt modern and safe. The breakfast was second to none! Fresh, warm, with many choices. Even gluten free bread! Lots of fruit, yogurt, bagels, toast, waffles, pancakes, cinnamon rolls right out of the oven and kept warm, etc, etc. And such comfortable seating. Highly recommend”

“Limited selection for breakfast but the waffle station is a big plus. Many other dining options around hotel and you get a Jack Astors discount with your stay. Room was clean and was kept neat.”

“There was construction going on from morning until 8pm every day even on the weekend. The wifi was terrible. They don't have ice/water. The room”

“The property is old and does not have an elevator so bear that in mind. The room smelt stale so bought an air freshener. No phone in the room to contact the front desk and room cleaning was only if you asked. No food service onsite Monday to Wednesday but did have complementary coffee, tea, muffins and yogurt. Being on a lake was lovely and very convenient to all highways. The Inn has so much potential just needs to be addressed.”

“My friend was squirted in the eye by a child in the pool. There’s no security and it’s like a complete wild goose chase.”

“Great location close to waterfront and restaurants. Very friendly staff. Rooms are clean, uncluttered and industrial decor. Bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. There is a bar in the lobby and seems to be a popular place. Food invthe restaurant was very good too. Really enjoyed our stay.”
