Tried to change rooms because I needed two beds. We told because I used a third party and prepaid I couldn’t be helped. Asked for clean towels and didn’t receive. Asked for the refrigerator to be replaced because the motor was loud. No hot water the last day. Breakfast was late on our last day. Staff ...

If you are there for construction work and just a place to lay your head it was fine. However for a family that went to college orientation- not so nice. Cheap. It was somewhat clean but not nice. The parking lot was dark- no lighting and get unsafe.
