“Bathroom was disgusting, hair and bugs all over the ceiling and some snot on the wall next to the mirror. The bed was comfortable, the one I chose not to sleep in had something red, not sure what, a little spot of it on the cover. I didn't investigate it much.
It served the purpose for a place to sleep on a long drive.
No issue with staff or anything, aside from the slack job on cleaning.”

“The room had holes in the floor and holes in the sink. The pool was drained. Our window looked out onto a neighborhood and into backyards. Most of the staff was friendly, but at breakfast, a staff member did not like that I had children trying to eat breakfast. I was trying to fix their plates and felt the need to apologize several times and got scolded for fixing plates.”
