“Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. It was her attitude and mood directed toward me over a situation that was not my fault. Not to mention we were swimming in...

“Never saw a staff member at the room. I myself was okay but husband was sick in the room for three days. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels and wash clothes and ran out of toilet paper. Husband noticed that the bath fixture would not turn of completely unless you got it just perfect position. Also the do not disturb sign will not stay on handle, falls off very easily.”

“Only spent one night there as we were in town for a medical appointment. Check in by owner was very cordial and courteous, grounds and room were very organized and clean. Don't expect a lot of amenities, but all rooms have sunrise views, direct Lake Michigan access with beach chairs and a boat rental right next door. Almost forgot about the rooms shower, you'll love it!”
