Very nice staff: I called the reception in the middle of the night for I was very sick and needed extra pillows for my back and the concierge brought them in 2 minutes. The last day I asked to keep my luggage and they did without asking when I'd come back to pick It. The cleaning ladies are very kind and if you ask to let you sleep and change towels only and take out the trash they make no questions about It. Your privacy Is taken into consideration in this hotel.
Unfortunately I was a bit sad for they didn't have a ready package of services in the spa (massage, face/body scrubs, etc) for their clients and I had to look for It in town. Apart from this everything was perfect. Very silent and large room with air con, big bath tub and a safe. The hotel Is right in front of the station and in the middle of everything but watch out for fake beggars and thieves near the station...not really safe at night for a woman to be by herself.
I dearly recommend this hotel.

Welnnessbereich schön, der Weg dorthin innerhalb des Hotels jedoch nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Essen gut, AI jedoch nur bis 21 Uhr - das finde ich recht wenig insbesondere wenn der Spa Bereich bis 22 Uhr aufhat.
