“This property was absolutely fascinating. If we could give it 10 stars we would. We stayed in the hummingbird suite and it was breathtaking. The staff was friendly, helpful and responsive. The drinks were very yummy and the pool’s temperature was perfect. We had one in our room also and it was also great. I can’t stop raving about this place. Our favorite boutique hotel so far.”

“Beautiful, spacious room looking out to Banderas Bay. Well maintained and well serviced. Great amenities - access to the beach, lots of restaurants/bars, gym, lots of pools to chose from. The food was great and the service was in the majority of cases, flawless and friendly. Only one slight issue with one restaurant waiter who took issue with us not tipping above the already included service charges and gratuities. This was pre-confirmed to us as being included in the All Inclusive package,...

“The check-in was horrible! Only one person working at the desk for the whole hotel??? No entertainment. No music at the adults pool. The staff is not nearly as friendly as the other hotels I’ve been to in puerto Vallarta. By far the worst experience- choose another hotel I guarantee you’ll have a better time.”

“The same front desk agent that checked us in and out has no customer service skills. It was a terrible first impression and it ended even worst.”

“Very friendly staff . Our flight got there a few hours early and they allowed us to check in which was amazing. Francisco went above and beyond to take our bags into our room and showed us around the hotel. This location is walking distance from the Malecón which is the shopping strip with lots of vendors. 10/10 would recommend. I plan on coming back next year”
