The largest pool on Boca Grande awaits, the tennis courts are freshly resurfaced and ready for play, and every evening brings a front-row seat to the sunset — whether from the westerly-facing lanai or the soft sands of the Gulf beach just outside.

The well-equipped kitchen includes counter seating, a Ninja air fryer, countertop lighting, microwave, full coffee service (K-Cup and traditional pot), a complete knife block, and a “give a little / take a little” cocktail pantry.

In the family room, gather around the 65" smart TV with Sonos surround soundbar, choose from a recliner, double-recliner sofa, or full pull-out sofa sleeper, and warm up by the electric fireplace.
