Housekeeping will come daily provided you do not have your DND sign on the door, or asking the office for anything you need is also encouraged. We would have been more than happy to address the TV issue, or changed your room if needed. We hope to see you again in the future!

Thank you for your review and we are sorry that you did not enjoy the island, we love the island and it is rated one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida so we were surprised to read your review. We like to refer to our hotel as a boutique hotel since we only have 20 rooms. Our guests love our spacious, Tommy Bahama designed rooms. Our atrium no longer has a fountain but we loved it so much we decided to keep it as a statue and surrounded it by plants. I researched your stay and I had no one report a broken television. We were not aware that your television did not work. Did you try calling us? Had we known we would have immediately assisted you !! Please feel free to call our manager, here at Boca Grande we appreciate our guests and customer service is very important to us!

Your review has been forward to the property manager. Someone is available 24/7 to assist any guest with issues. There is an after hours phone number to call with urgent matters, and we would have been happy to help you had you called. As far as no window, you booked a King room, and that was the only one available. Again, we would have been happy to move you to another room if it was available and we were aware of your dissatisfaction.

Thanks for your honest review, and I will make sure the property manager see it. I am guessing you were in the ADA room, and that does not have a vanity, as it is more open to accommodate a wheelchair. Again, I will forward to the property manager.

We contacted our pool maintenance company but unfortunately they were not able to come to deal with the pool issue as early as our guests would have liked. Unfortunately that was out of our control. We strive to make our guests feel welcomed to Boca Grande, and if there was anything else we could have done to make your stay more enjoyable (not the pool) please let us know. We take our guests comments seriously to improve their stay.

Thank you for your review. It's always a good idea to call the hotel to find out information if you are unsure, especially for holiday weekends. We would have been more than happy to answer any questions. I understand some of the restaurants were closed on Labor day, so their staff could spend time with their families. Due to Hurricane Ian several businesses are not open, including our restaurant. Please call if you have any more questions.
