Stayed in this unit numerous times over the years and it is well maintained and right across from Evert. Overall nice apt and in a very convenient location.

Great Location!

Property was perfect for two of us and pets. Apartment was well maintained, roomy and very clean. Location was great. Lots to do and easily accessible. Host was easy to contact and extremely helpful. Looking forward to staying again.

Great & convenient Stay

A very easy stay. Kitchen had the basics, the place was very clean and the staff is SUPER responsive. No complaints. The location is very convenient to Evert Tennis, food, grocery, shopping and the mall. Look forward to booking here for our next trip to Boca.

Excellent location!

This couldn't have been a more convenient location. It's minutes away from shopping and restaurants, but a in very quiet serene neighborhood. Comminication with the property manager was above and beyond our expectations.

All Excellent All The Time

This is the third stay at Courtside Villas. All while our daughters played and stayed at the neighboring Evert Tennis Academy. This place has everything you could want and is just simply fabulous, I would stay here again and again. The location is great (for us), the units incredibly clean, spacious and well appointed. Emanuele and the on-site staff are incredibly responsive and great to deal with. Parking is a breeze, the pool is great, laundry is free and within your unit, even getting rid of the garbage is easy. I really love this place and will hopefully be back again. I worked remotely from here too and set up a great desk space on the kitchen table and had no issues with wifi. The whole set up works perfectly for me and our family. I can't recommend more highly.

A Fair Price for the Stay

We stayed in 300B for three nights over the Memorial Day weekend. The apartment is an adequate size for 2 people with a modest kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The bathroom is in the bedroom. Everything was clean, but we had some problems with the bathroom including a toilet flusher that didn't work and hot water being mislabeled in the shower. These problems were quickly addressed by a friendly and capable on-side manager who spoke English. The kitchen was well stocked, and they nicely left a bowl of snacks and coffee for use in the machine. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and was a good value for the price. Would recommend.
