“This place is all about the view. Stunning. But you will have to walk up a billion stairs (or a long, steep ramp) to get there. True for most places in Manarola, but could be hard for those with mobility issues. It was a nice touch they provided a light breakfast for the first morning. The lack of a/c was rough, despite the sea air. It was very humid. Ceiling fans did help some. The water pressure in the shower was the best in Italy. “Our booking was last minute as our original booking was double booked so we arrived in Vernazza in the pouring rain with no accommodation! This was a beautiful experience, fully renovated top floor (which meant very steep stairs and small doorways) 2 great sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The space also had a kitchen and balcony which was lovely to sit out on each morning. We were right in the centre of Vernazza with easy access to all restaurants and walking tracks. “Pros of the property - Antonella was very easy to communicate with and responsive when we had questions. The property was in an excellent location and just a 5 minute walk from the train station and the beach. Cons of the property - The church bells go off on the hour and are very very loud if you are sleeping. Also, the stand up fan in the bedroom does little to circulate cool air and needs to be replaced. This property is a little quirky and dated but it is clean and easy to get to.”
