Vieni a stare e gioca a Bodega Bay! Questa unità con due camere da letto e due bagni fa parte di una proprietà unica e pittoresca di tre unità circondata su tre lati dall'acqua. Godrai di una vista completa della baia e di un grande ponte privato per rilassarti e immergerti.

La bella cucina è moderna e completamente attrezzata. Ha una stufa a gas, lavastoviglie e forno a microonde. Per non parlare del fatto che puoi ancora goderti il panorama mentre prepari un pasto o fai una tazza di caffè!

La zona giorno aperta offre comodi mobili, camino e accesso diretto al grande ponte privato con vista sulla baia. La sala da pranzo comunicante ha anche un dispositivo di raffreddamento del vino.

La zona giorno ha una Smart TV e un lettore DVD. C'è la connessione internet ad alta velocità gratuita (200+) e WIFI.
Entrambe le camere hanno schermi piatti e lettori DVD. Sul ponte ci sono anche prese di corrente per ricaricare tutti i tuoi dispositivi e rimanere connesso mentre ti rilassi all'esterno.

Entrambe le camere offrono bagni privati e armadi d'acqua. C'è un ritiro che può essere utilizzato anche su richiesta.

Fare un ritiro rilassante o sperimentare le numerose attività locali che includono; kayak, golf, pesca, osservazione delle balene, degustazione di vini, aquiloni, antiquing, beachcombing, trekking, mountain bike, equitazione o visite turistiche.

La proprietà si trova proprio sull'acqua nella parte inferiore di un vialetto lungo e stretto. Il parcheggio è limitato e può essere difficile girare in fondo. Il modo migliore per entrare nel vialetto è dirigersi a sud sull'autostrada 1, quindi se ti stai dirigendo a nord su Hwy 1 vai a Diekman's Deli e girati nel loro parcheggio per andare a sud su Hwy 1, il vialetto è a circa 50 piedi a sud e sulla destra. Se si accede al vialetto in direzione nord, la maggior parte delle auto raggiungerà il fondo. C'è anche un parcheggio dall'altra parte della strada.

Rustic and Sublime

This is one of those homes that I have always wanted to spend time in when driving through Bodega Bay over the decades. So this was a dream come true for me and my family to spend a birthday here. The hardest decision each day was whether to go out, or to just order take out from The Fishetarian, open a bottle of wine, and sit out on the deck to watch the sunset.

We really enjoyed this property. It is unique - over the water just as advertised. The market is practically next door. We loved watching the birds and the boats in the harbor. It was very relaxing and well supplied for our needs. Our dogs also loved it. The only thing for the dogs is that there isn't a good place around the property for them to do their business...it was a little bit of a haul to go up the street to the nearby neighborhood (also many skunk sitings). But other than that (and some nearby construction, not the owners' fault) it was perfect.

Pet friendly retreat in Bodega Bay!

If you like to relax with your pup, this is the place for you! The sweet looks over the bay and is a great place to enjoy watching the boats. Leave the harbor! It’s a really cool historic building and we really enjoyed having access down to the water!

Best view/experience ever!

The house was amazingly beautiful and well stocked with all of the necessities. The owners were nice and communicating with them was easy. The place is an overall 10/10. For my honest review here are a few things that we struggled with but not a big deal. The sofa bed, id leave it for the littles. Not suitable for adults. Lol... the house had animal hair flying around and on the floors. I communicated that to the owners and they send the cleaning lady to clean it up. But nothing major to not want to stay here. The biwes were amazing. Out of all 3 properties. Unitl 1 was the best view and a the biggest deck. Id sray again!

Exactly what we needed. The weather was amazing and sitting on that wonderful deck with the view of the bay was so relaxing. We have stayed in both of the apartments but this one is my favorite. Cozy and well appointed. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful home and location

Loved sitting on the deck, which is right over the water, watching all the wildlife in and around the water. We felt very at home the minute we walked in. It's minutes from so many beaches and places to explore. Steve and Krista are wonderful host and are always available if you have questions. As many have said the driveway is a little tricky to maneuver but if you follow the instructions exactly as worded you will have no problem. Would definitely stay again!

What a gem!!

This Bodega Bay VRBO is literally on the water with a great balcony and lots of windows. My midwestern family had a lot of fun watching out for sea lions, birdlife, and fishing boats during our three night stay. The rental layout and beds were comfortable, with modern amenities throughout. Hosts were friendly and helpful. A couple of grocery stores and nice restaurants were within a walkable distance. .

Peaceful perfection

I was totally impressed with the location! I will admit I was concerned because the parking directions were so specific and I couldn’t quite get a good sense of the layout from the pictures. But when we got there, everything fell into place. The driveway is daunting but easier to manage with two people in the car. The entry is a key pad which was great, no key to keep track of. It was lovely and modern inside and literally worth every penny just to be right on the freaking water. We sat on the deck with binoculars and saw tons of wildlife. We didn’t have any kids with us, but 4 grown adults were perfectly comfortable. I love visiting Bodega Bay so I hope to stay here again.

Great Waterfront location

The place was exactly as described through the pictures and comments. Comfortable with great bay views (right on the bay). Good communication, easy check in, tricky driveway. Expensive, but my wife and I and our adult daughter really enjoyed the place! Glad we stayed here!

Birthday reunion

What a fabulous home to stay at! The online discretion doesn’t give it justice for how “on the water” this home is. 2/3 of the home is over the water. You don’t have to go anywhere to enjoy the natural beauty and wildlife the Bodega Bay has. We even got to watch a midair battle for a fish between an osprey and a bald eagle 20’ in front of us from the living room! The home is very convenient to the markets for food and 5 minutes to Bodega Head. The kitchen had all you needed to make great meals while you looked out at the bay. Both bedrooms were very comfortable and having two full baths is great. We would highly recommend staying here for anyone that wants to spend time on the water or heading inland to wine country or the redwoods. Eddie and Debbie

Perfect view

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and we absolutely love being right on the water. No matter the weather, the bay is enchanting. Our daughter had fun counting birds, boats, and the occasional seal throughout the weekend. Steve, the host, is easy to communicate with.
