Ti invitiamo a goderti 'Aftermath', la nostra cabina familiare di 4a generazione sull'oceano, 7 miglia a nord di Bodega Bay, 5 miglia a sud di Jenner. Scopri il dramma del mare proprio fuori dalle finestre del tuo salotto. Dormi alla musica rilassante delle onde. Svegliati con una passeggiata sulle spiagge sabbiose di Duncan’s Cove e Wright’s Beach. Parti all'avventura, esplora i tesori unici della contea di Sonoma, tra cui gli incantevoli villaggi di Bodega, Duncans Mills e Guerneville. Passeggia sotto le sequoie secolari di Armstrong Grove. Assaggia i premiati vini della Russian River Valley. Tra i nostri preferiti ci sono Rochioli, Gary Farrell e Lynmar. We adore Aftermath! We are so grateful to Beth for sharing her family home with us. The hot tub is always hot and relaxing and the waves are always spectacular. We also love how the hummingbirds do fly-bys and the walk to the beach is easy. Our dog Ruby LOVES it here. The best beach house ever!

Lovely, warm, updated midcentury ocean front cottage with sweeping views on a picturesque beach. Quiet, well stocked. Comfy beds. Beautiful sky lights and bathrooms. Lovely front garden. Watched whales and birds right from the front deck and living room.

Allowing our dogs brings us back each year to this beach house with a fabulous view.This year we had the added bonus of migrating grey whales, easily viewed from deck or indoors. Not to mention the beautiful sunsets.

Perfect stay!! The home was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen had everything one would need. The bed was very comfortable. The fenced-in courtyard was delightful. But the best part, an incredible view overlooking Wright's Beach and a very short, easy, couple minute walk to access the beach.

This was a lovely cottage stay at the cliff side of Wrights beach in Bodega Bay. This is a perfect location and everything in the house was just wonderful- the beds, the games, the kitchen, hot tub and deck too.

This was out 9th stay at this amazing property. it was the best time EVER! We've been here all 4 seasons. They are all beautiful in their own way. We've never had any issues. Always like coming home. The beds are great. Bedrooms and baths are great. The kitchen has everything you need. Great cookware, dishes, silverware, cleaning supplies, pantry items, coffee maker and filters. The walk/hike down to the water is so BEAUTIFUL and FUN! The day we checked in 7/30 was the best day of my life! We have our stay in 2026 booked!

Never want to leave

This was our 5th year staying at Aftermath. We love our yearly tradition here. Saw so many whales! Took a day fishing trip with Sonoma Coast Adventures, highly recommend them. Taking home tons of fish. A nice tip for fellow visitors is we load all our beach stuff and drive one minute down the highway to the state park campground at Wrights Beach. The bathrooms are close and you can spend all day in the sand. We are always sad to leave the coast and Aftermath but we’ll see you next year!

This place is a little gem with calming ocean view. It is nice to sit on the chair in front of the window and read a book or enjoy a glass of wine. Beautiful! Hot tub outside overlooking the cliff and the ocean was super nice to watch sunset! I, however, suggest to the owners to wash bed comforter and pillows covers. It seems that these items were not washed for a long time and smelled heavily by a dog or unwashed body. The whole place smelled like animals. We had to keep all doors opened to get fresh air in. Also, the owners have to bring water in and pump it so the water pressure in the shower is barely existent. It is understandable, however, if you have a lot of hair, it is hard to manage with this water pressure. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our time there and reading the story of two math teachers who bought this place (The aftermath) a long time ago. Very adorable!

Visit to the Beach

What an amazing view when we first walked in. It never became old but instead enjoyed all the activities of both human and animal! Met neighbor who was delightful and shared about the area. Beds comfortable and kitchen fully equipped. Great history to the home and close to restaurants and Bodega shopping.

My mother celebrated her 93rd birthday on this trip. We started renting this property in 1988 and it was a wonderful full circle memory for her. The place was lovely. The only complaint was the water pressure was quite low, but totally understandable with the water situation on the Coast. Will definitely recommend this property to others.
