The “Tante Else” vacation rental was completely renovated in 2019/2020. It’s ideal for hikers as well as cyclists and motorcyclists. Modern, bright, and featuring many thoughtful details and extras, it offers a cozy and comfortable stay. The approximately 55 m² apartment is located in the basement. However, due to the house’s hillside location, it feels like a ground-floor apartment. The separate entrance to the apartment is on the left side of the house. When you enter the apartment, you’ll find yourself in a small hallway, from which you can access the kitchen on the right. In addition to a bright, built-in kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, range hood, refrigerator, oven, sink, coffee maker, and microwave, you’ll find a dining table for four people here. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can easily prepare your own meals. Continuing down the hallway, you’ll reach the bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a walk-in shower. Across from it is the living room. The living room features a corner sofa and a pull-out sofa bed that comfortably sleeps two people. An additional closet provides space to store your luggage. A 4K smart TV with Netflix is also available. In addition, the living room features a workspace with a desk where you can work if needed. Next is the bedroom, which is cozily furnished with a closet and a large double bed. This apartment is particularly suitable for people who have difficulty climbing stairs. It is accessible entirely without climbing any stairs and features a walk-in shower. In front of the apartment is the terrace, which is for the exclusive use of the apartment’s guests. The terrace is furnished with chairs, a table, and a parasol, so you can comfortably enjoy breakfast there in the sun. Furthermore, the communal garden is just a short walk away, where you’ll find additional seating options suitable for larger groups. You can also enjoy a barbecue there together.
