“Tolles renoviertes Hotel in zentraler Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal und top Zimmer. Tolle Lage für unvergessliche Ausflüge in Thale wie das Bergtheater der neue Hexentanzplatz mit Sommerrodelbahn kleiner heimischer Tierpark Seilbahnen und wirklich schöne Landschaft. Wir kommen wieder. ”

“Although we spoke extremely basic German and the hotel staff had only simple English, this actually mattered little as everyone at the hotel went out of their way to make us very welcome. Dining was excellent, and service was beyond approach, and all in all we had a very happy and memorable stay.”

“Tutto ok, solo no erano presenti lenzuola e asciugamani per 4, ma ci sono stati portati su richiesta. C’è tutto quello che serve (anche se la cucina è un po‘ striminzita). Posizione ottima in centro storico. Parcheggi nei dintorni solo a pagamento. Personale molto gentile. ”

“Vorsicht vor dieser Unterkunft! Die Chefin tritt ungepflegt und genauso unfreundlich auf. Bei Ankunft hatte sie behauptet, dass Expedia meine Vorauszahlung nicht weitergeleitet hätte, was im Nachhinein gelogen war. Ich musste vor Ort ein weiteres Mal bezahlen. Nach späterer Reklamation wurde ich wiederum auf unfreundliche Weise von ihr hingehalten. Im Mailverkehr wird man von ihr geduzt und absolut überheblich behandelt. Nie wieder buche ich diese Unterkunft und kann nur jeden davor warnen!”
