"Restaurant was closed during the stay, windows boarded up, room looked tired, Had to ask the staff to refresh the room daily, Bathroom in need of a good tidy up & redecoration"

The View Hotel
"The room I was in needed the upholstery and carpet thoroughly cleaned . If you bent down from the chair it didn’t smell nice at all. Also pillows and duvet needed washing . I have to say I have acute sense of smell!"

Osborne Apartments
"Wonderfull stay at Osborne Hotel and Appartements. We stayed a full month and we had all the help and services needed. The hosts are lovely and the room was very clean. If we return to Eastbourne, we will stay there again!"

"I would give everything 6 stars if I could. The unit was peaceful and idyllic.It was warm even though it was very cold outside.The views were beautiful.The sofa bed was comfortable and the main bed was perfect.The hosts were very friendly and kind."

"The picture on Hotels.com is of a local attraction, not the property. Somehow I booked and there was no parking, although we were lucky enough to get street parks for both nights. The apartment has a big bedroom, a large living room and the bathroom from hell. A tiny vanity basin, toilet and shower ..."
