“After a small issue getting into the property due to booking not getting to owner early enough everything went well. The property is great value for money clean , warm , comfertable bed and good size for a couple wantong to explore the area. Close to lots of shops and a pub. Parking by propery. Would recommend and would go again. Be aware no wifi in property which would have been a help but good phone signal. No issues with owner very friendly and helpful. ”

“Our stay at Meadow Oak has been a pleasant one. The house is big and our room was on the top floor. Nice view from the two roof windows and comfortable room equipped with wide screen TV and video-player.In our room a bath equipped for a spa bath. Breakfast is nothing noteworthy as just milk and cereals are offered, plus room in the fridge and the use of the kitchen for cooking anything one would eat (bring your food). “The cottage was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The weather was cold, windy and wet when we were there and it took a while to get the cottage warm and cosy. Close to Lanhydrock and Bodmin Moor, Tintagel and Padstow not far away, so a nice place to have as a base for mid Cornwall”

A very comfortable property, with thoughtful additions for bringing a dog to help them feel settled. Lovely aspect from the living area and cottage features aplenty.
