"Ölrettich" 3-room vacation apartment - Marschall-Hof Vacation Apartments

Welcome to the "Ölrettich" holiday apartment! This modernly furnished 3-room apartment with 95m² consists of a kitchen, dining and living room, bathroom, two bedrooms, WC, storage room and balcony. It features smart home technology and high-speed internet. The apartment is located on the upper floor of our holiday home, which was completed in 2024. The fully equipped kitchen in the dining and living area includes all essential utensils, a hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a capsule coffee machine (Nespresso Vertuo). The dining and living area features a dining table, a spacious corner sofa, a smart TV, and a smart radio. The balcony door in the living area leads to the spacious balcony with balcony furniture and an awning. The first bedroom has a double bed. (180cm x 200cm) and a large wardrobe with mirrored doors opposite. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90cm x 200cm) and a wardrobe opposite. The modern bathroom with windows has a walk-in shower, a toilet, and a lighted mirror. The WC contains a toilet and a small sink. A vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack are available in the storage room. The temperatures within the apartment can be individually controlled. Our integrated smart home system allows you to control the apartment's lights, temperature, and blinds centrally via a control panel located in the hallway, in addition to the traditional switches. Self-check-in and self-check-out are available. Besides the apartments, our holiday home also offers additional amenities. On the top floor, to the left, you'll find a foosball table, a ping-pong table, and an air hockey table, which you are welcome to use. are permitted. In the basement, to the right below the stairs, there is a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. These can be used for a small fee. An iron and ironing board are also available for loan here. Outside the laundry room is the bicycle storage room, where you can store your bicycles and charge e-bike batteries. We kindly ask you to charge the batteries only there and not in the apartments. A go-kart, pedal tractors, a children's bicycle, and scooters are also available for children. Adjacent to the bicycle storage room are our garbage bins. In the entrance area, there is a refrigerator stocked with drinks and coffee capsules for a small fee. Our holiday home, completed in 2024, with three apartments on the first floor and three apartments on the upper floor, is located in a small, rural hamlet in the triangle between Ravensburg, Tettnang, and Wangen, and thus in the immediate vicinity of the Allgäu region and Lake Constance. The generously sized, light-filled, and fully equipped holiday apartments offer plenty of space for a comfortable and relaxing stay. From our slightly elevated farmstead, we have a magnificent, expansive view of the valley, encompassing fields, meadows, hop gardens, and the Swiss Prealps. This view is charming and atmospheric in its own way at any time of day or year, and in any weather. On clear days, there is a fantastic view of the Säntis mountain and the Swiss Alps; Lake Constance can also be seen a little above our farm. From here, day trips to the many attractive destinations in the border region of three countries—Lake Constance, the Allgäu region, and the Alps—are easily undertaken. We are well connected to the road network and have a bus stop for public transportation. Thanks to our beautiful location surrounded by greenery, there are many short and long walking and hiking trails to explore the magnificent pre-Alpine region directly from the house, either on foot or by bicycle, often with mountain and lake views. For those who prefer a more relaxed pace, the beautiful scenery can also be enjoyed directly from the balcony of our holiday apartment, with its sweeping views of the valley towards Lake Constance and the Alps.
