5 bedrooms “Sunset villa”, infinity swimming pool and large lounge terraces.
The Villa provides 5 double bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, sauna, private infinity sea view swimming pool and large panoramic terrace with different lounge areas with sun beds, BBQ, dining and aperitive tables to enjoy the incredible sunsets everyday. Max guest number allowed 10 people .
Located in Kadikale (between Gumusluk and Turgutreis). Inside the house a triple living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, sauna, 3 double rooms with panoramic sea view in the main villa (one master room & en-suite with bathroom, balcony and coffee table, one room equipped with 2 twin beds that can be converted in double bed, one double room with separate Patio studio and shower). 2 double rooms with garden view and common large bathroom in the downstairs separate apartment. All rooms and house with air conditioner and WIFI. The swimming pool is 8 m for 3.5 m with infinity sea view and solar panel heating system. Pool Temp in Celsius : Apr 20-24 May-June 23-28 July-August 25-29 Sept 23-26 October 20-24
The Villa is perfect for a group of friends or a large family that want to enjoy a private luxury holiday with incredible and surprising sea view and sunset scenario everyday. Living in the Villa you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Aegean Sea and even if you probably do not feel the need to go anywhere, the Villa is situated at 300m from Kadikalesi beaches, sea view restaurants, bars and marine area; 5 min from the famous Myndos/Gümüşlük beach. 20 km from the center of Bodrum. 15 min from the glamour Yalikavak marine and village. The airport of Bodrum is located at 40 km from the Villa, 50 min by car.
It is advisable to rent a car during your stay in the property to enjoy all the area.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
During your stay a local agent will support you and help always!

Better than expected!
The property and view of the sea is even better than the pictures. Property manager (Mito) was so kind upon our arrival. He lead us into the village just 4km away and showed us where to buy meat, cheese, bread, produce, essentials, fresh fish, fresh eggs, beer, etc. We were three couples and the villa accommodated us perfectly. We cooked most of our meals because we knew where to get everything including charcoal for the grill. Went to Kos, Greece one day, Bodrum castle and market another. Drove the coast rode another. We rented a 7 seater minivan to be able to get around. Transportation is a must. Property has a mind blowing view but it is atop a steep road/hill that is too difficult to walk. The owner was extremely responsive by WhatsApp as was Mito locally. We'll definitely put this property at the top of our "come back" list!

The House is modern very clean with every possible convince including a sauna. The Hosts are very attentive and check via message just encase you need anything. When you stay I would recommend a car hire to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The View is outstanding and we got to see the awe inspiring crescent moon from the pool balcony. We take away very pleasant memories from our stay

Spacious villa with amazing views.
The villa is very roomy and spacious inside, excellently equipped especially in the kitchen which had everything we needed. One of the best equipped villas we have ever stayed in. It felt very much like a home. The pool was very inviting, maintained very well and the water sparkled. We did feel maybe more shaded areas around the pool would be beneficial, as it is south facing and not much natural shade, and more lounging chairs or bean bags, as the view is so stunning you just want to keep gazing at it! One other small thing - it would have been nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms without ensuite facilities.
Communication with the owner was excellent, all communication was answered swiftly and it was a pleasure to deal with him.
The agent in Kadikalesi was absolutely. brilliant, Mito gave us so much help, advice and information, and again all messages were replied to very promptly. It was so good to know he was there if we needed him and this really added to the enjoyment of our holiday.
The villa is up a steep hill, a car would be a good idea, but we managed without one and none of us are exactly young! There are plenty of taxis around and we did manage to walk home in the cool of the evening. Younger people would not have a problem at all I wouldn't think, as long as they have no mobility problems. The climb up the hill was made totally worthwhile with the beautiful view, and the sunsets were amazing to watch in September.
