“Emma greeted us immediately. She also called to make sure that we were ok because we checked in later than normal. The Kendall is an amazing hotel with great amenities, great location and amazing people. ”

“One of our favorite places. It would have been great if they enforced the ‘adults only’ rule at the adult pool, but they didn’t this last time we were there. Overall, we had a good time and the food has definitely improved at La Cascada. ”

“The building the restaurant the bar the room everything was lovely. The only minor issues I had were the toilet paper holder was coming out of the drywall and there was what looked like gunk (didn’t look like mold) around the border of the bathroom mirror ”

“From checking in to checking out the front desk staff has been helpful and very polite. The room was clean and beautiful and I slept amazing. ”

“Very clean, comfortable, and room very spacious! Staff attentive and friendly. Greeted with a smile eveytime we passed. Free popcorn in the lobby nightly was a very nice touch. Rooms were nice and cold. Restroom very clean and up to date. There was Dove shampoo, conditioner and bodywash in the shower. Stayed 3 nights and rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. Close to our destination and area was nice.”
