“We had a lovely weekend at Arden House. Lucie organised everything with so much attention to detail and care that being there felt like a cosy home. We even received a welcome card and chocolate Easter eggs every time the room was cleaned. The location was also great, just a five-minute walk from the castle. The rooms were spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend staying there!”

“The location is great the bathroom to our room was up some stairs from the bedroom the door opened out towards the stairs covering the handrail so could be a problem for some coming down the stairs from the bathroom. The bedroom was also up flights of stairs The mattress needs to go in the bin now! Our backs are sore we are very tired from such a bad night sleep from the springs in the mattress You can hear the trains but I expect that as it’s next to the station. The breakfast is served in...

If I could make one suggestion it would be to put something on the front door to block out the bright morning light( we used towels on the windows) .”

Communication was great throughout, with quick and helpful responses to any questions I had.
