Mi è stata assegnata l'ultima stanza, con una brutta vista, ho chiesto se fosse possibile cambiare in un'altra, mi è stato detto che dovevo pagare un extra, anche se in altri hotel mi hanno cambiato senza alcun pagamento aggiuntivo. in generale l'hotel è pulito, bello, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro”
