“Stuff was not very welcoming when checking in and when checking out they didn’t bother to even ask how was everything.
The refrigerator in the room was dirty so we complained and the promised to send someone to clean it but it never happened.
The hall outside our room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking building.”
