Ville in Bohol

“The property does have fresh water for shower, we had to use salty water from a well very close to the sea. This was the biggest cons in this place …. Especially I rented it for took weeks … imagine my son and wife had to shower at nearby hotel due skin issue. One night there was no water at all. Burning garbage and plastic by neighbors did not allow us to stay in and enjoy the place … Staff on property were awesome and they response very quick but they are limited to what they can change....

“The staff was very friendly but the tv was own and it was hard to figure out how to use netflix and amazon prime. The toaster could use cleaning, fridge as well. Shower head had rust build up, the door could be sealed properly to prevent lizards from getting in. Shaff was very friendly very kind helpful and was prompt with their response on room service and other accommodations”

“Locsation not bad other than road to the locsaiton is a massivly messed up dirt road with a lot of patching needing to happen. so getting in a an out is very complicated if you rent a scooter. large rock in road and holes with pile of dirt to patch holes just sitting right on side and to close to wher eypou need to drive. ”

“Beautiful private and quiet villa secluded from the busy streets. Bing and Jun were very helpful during our stay.”

“Didn’t get the address for the property till the very last moment. That caused a bit of tension. -Everything felt cheap, the a/c barely worked in a 10x10 room and fell off the wall onto the bed. We were glad we weren’t asleep in it. -The siding door to the outside didn’t work. They fixed it right before we moved out. -The living room ceiling fan had two speeds slow and slower. It was pretty useless. The front desk people seemed friendly and competent. We left after a 1 1/2 days on a 3 day stay....

“In March 23 we were able to spend one of the most relaxing and luxurious vacation you can ever imagine. We are a group of 5 people around 60 years old and our son who is 25 years and sitting in a wheelchair. The villa is located in a quiet surrounding, away from the trouble in Panglao. We were picked up at the Airport and had an easy 2-hour ride to the villa. Arriving at Pure Shores Villa you find the building in an extraordinary well maintained condition. Everything is build in a high-quality...

“Friendly feedback..add additional shelving in the bathrooms to easily put eminities without hassles. Third times the charm as always. Thank you ”

“Their listing needs clarity. The property is by the water and has a beautiful front lawn. However, the property does not have a parking space for your vehicle(s). You will have to park your vehicle (if you own one) outside the gate right by the highway on the sloping shoulder of the road. The listing gives the impression that you'll be renting the whole place, but in reality you'll be renting only one house. You don't have the whole place to your self. (The owner(s) need to clarify this in...
