Hotel vicino a Boise Art Museum - Boise

“I was going to be a little grumpy about valet parking...but the staff was so very courteous and helpful that I was immediately won over. I had a few ice packs that needed to be frozen, which the room fridge couldn't accommodate. But the staff took them right away to store in their backroom. A "small" considerate gesture that was immensely helpful to me. The Blue Collard Cafe on the premise has fabulous coffee, and delicious snack food and morning pastries. Also, the staff was tremendously...

“comfortable room. quite property. walking distance to great coffee, food, and used bookstore.”

“Wonderful property and excellent location! Super clean and comfortable with a responsive and helpful host! Everything was absolutely perfect - except I would subtract one tiny star just from the amenities since, despite my following the instructions exactly, I could not get anything on the TV. Other than that small issue, 5-stars all the way! I would definitely stay again next time I'm in Boise!”

“Awesome breakfast selection both food and drinks. Nice location for surrounding lunch/dinner options. They have a shuttle service which is very helpful.”

“The rooms were clean and nice. The first day the staff was very helpful, the last day when I checked out and asked about charges from the hotel the man working basically refused to help me at all. I booked through Expedia expecting to pay one price and the hotel charged my card two different prices then wouldn’t explain to me why. While I was checking out there was multiple people also complaining to the staff and to my knowledge they didn’t help a single one of us with any of our issues....

“We have stayed in the 2 different sized rooms, and the larger was definitely worth the difference in cost.”

“The staff was some of the most friendly and welcoming hotel staff I've encountered. Fresh baked cookies! Rooms were clean and fresh feeling. Great breakfast selection with ample variety. I will definitely be back.”
