A newly built and beautifully designed townhome that exceeds your traveling needs. Within reach of everything special Boise has to offer and only 15 minutes from the airport, this breathtaking townhome is ideally suited for business executives and leisure seekers alike.

This south Boise townhome provides all of the pleasures, perks and pampering of a hotel but in a fully-furnished, private, exceptional residence.

In the home you'll find comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 8 people, high-speed internet, a well-stocked kitchen, multiple TV's, and a cute back patio with seating that opens up to walk paths and park.

The home is centrally located in an up-and-coming area surrounded by pleasant communities, grocery and convenience stores, coffee, dining and fun activities. Prior to your arrival, you will receive a full list of our local go-to's!

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked for your party. With pots, pans, dish sets, utensils and more, you are all set! Included in a full fridge and freezer with ice, dishwasher and necessary detergents, microwave and Keurig. Please feel free to help yourself to our variety of complimentary snacks, coffees, teas, hot chocolates and more.

Living Room: A 55" Roku-TV with guest-mode enabled for all of your streaming needs, comfortable seating and a simple sofa-bed for sleeping arrangements should you require it.

Laundry: Enjoy both a washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets.

The Primary: A comfortable and spacious king bed, mounted Roku-TV, closet, private full bathroom, desk and chair, and extra blankets.

Bedroom 2: A comfortable queen bed, mounted Roku-TV, closet, seating and extra blankets.

Bedroom 3: A comfortable queen bed, closet, seating and extra blankets.

Amenities: Included with your stay is access to the community park and basketball court.

Parking: There is parking right outside the home, please park in any of the available spaces.

Perfect Cozy Home

This home was absolutely beautiful. We immediately felt at home and cozy. Very well maintained, clean and in a central location. My kids loved the park just outside the back door. Quiet neighborhood. We had to do an unexpected load of laundry and they had provided laundry soap which was much appreciated. My only cons against this property was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom made clicking noises and the bed was extremely firm.

It was Okay

It was clean. They did not have a sponge to wash dishes, the creamer was not good, no extra trash bags had to go buy some, some silverware was dirty. Other then that we had a good time.

Clean and comfortable home away from home

Check in process was seamless. House had good decor and amenities. Good location, near stores and food. Owners were very responsive. Hope to stay in this house again in the future.

Great spot to visit the family!

Ryan and Kelsey were great to work with, and we loved the location of the home so close to my parents! The only slight drawback was the amount of construction going on in the neighborhood but it was not too bad.

Perfect for our family!

We really enjoyed our stay! The townhouse is clean and has comfy beds for all of us. The host was excellent. Check in was smooth and easy. Nice decor and great use of space. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful!

I stayed there with my 2 children for the weekend and we had a wonderful time. The park just outside the door was a huge hit for the kids and the neighborhood was excellent. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!
