Home Sweet Idahome-2 miles from BSU! Pet Friendly!

A warmly decorated home will feel like a home away from home. This house features granite counter tops, tile flooring, hardwood floors, newly painting inside and out. Well maintained landscaping with a fenced back yard. Easily park 4 cars off the road. New AC unit, appliances, cabinets, and landscaping.

Want to see a Broncos game or visit a BSU college student? Then, look no further, this dynamite location a few blocks from BSU also gives you easy access to downtown Boise, the Greenbelt and Bown Crossing where there are great location restaurants all within a 5 minute drive. A back door from the kitchen opens up to a fully fenced in back yard is suitable for small pets to enjoy. The driveway can hold 2 cars and there is plenty of street parking in front of the house as well. Come relax at home and take in a Broncos Game!

Early check-in, Late check-out? We got your covered. Both of these services are available upon request through your guest portal you will receive at booking.

Customized Amenities: We have many to choose from including a wine and cheese package, girls getaway weekend, cruiser bike rentals, pack n play rental and much, much more. Go to your guest portal upon booking and explore all the personalized and customized packages you can include with your stay with us.
Guests have access to the entire home.

We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would. As such, you are welcome to park in our driveway, but please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM.
-No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval
-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
-Please remove shoes in the house
-Please pick up after your pet

All was good, however, tv in living room never worked even though it showed internet never showed us streaming. And tv in main bedroom kept freezing off and on while watching streaming. This was a bummer for us, because we couldn't watch movies with our family

Really loved the location of this home for a visit to BSU, and furnishings were nice and comfortable. The issue for us was cleanliness as there were crumbs and debris from previous stays throughout the home. The daybed is fine for kids but not a good option for anyone over 5'6". Management was very communicative and is aware of the issues.

Very quaint house in a wonderful neighborhood. Close to all the amenities one would want, groceries, restaurants, parks, BSU campus, and more. Enjoyed our stay. The only drawback would be the large host fee and the expectation to take out trash, trash bins, run dish washer and washing machine before leaving. What is left for the cleaning crew to do?

Quaint and adequate for a short stay near BSU

Great for being out of house for contractors to finish work. Cats were very comfortable also. Parking very limited but available.

Needs a few tweaks

Couches are terrible. Need replaced badly. Yard is super muddy with thin grass. Could only find one hand towel. Furnace is very loud and home seems to have no insulation so furnace runs a lot.

Cute, clean house with everything we needed during our stay. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Communication with Julie was seamless and easy. Allowed pets! Overall great stay and would recommend.One suggestion would be to replace the sofa. It lacked support and was uncomfortable.

Great place, close to campus

Loved staying at this cute little house! Quiet street even though it was super close to campus-would be a great place if you're going to a BSU game as it's walking distance from the stadium. We had everything we needed and my dog enjoyed the back yard immensely. Communication was seamless and easy. Thanks so much!

Perfect Getaway Next to BSU

With our twins attending BSU, one living on and the other just off campus, we wanted to find something close to both. We enjoyed this cozy fully furnished home and its proximity within walking distance to both our kids. We found the home clean, warm and well organized. We were also very happy with quick replies to our ??s. We definitely will stay here again!

Comfortable stay

Cute, clean cottage home, convenient location with easy access to downtown and mountains. A few things that were interesting: the sofas definitely need replacing and the loud running furnace. It had snowed a lot and could t find a shovel.
