“I was hoping for continental breakfast. But they don't offer that. The room also didn't have eating utensils or plates, so the kitchenette was useless. The large fridge was nice.”

“They had construction going on that no one informed us about when we booked our stay. The view from our room was the dumpster with weeks of construction debris strewn about. We were surprised that we had no housekeeping after our first night and had to go ask for some clean towels to shower on day 2. Day 2 we woke to a power outage - no coffee machine - no TV - the water system electric recirculating pump to get the hot water to our room was down so a cold to lukewarm wash off was all we got....

The airport shuttle was dangerous. There’s one bus that picks up guests at other hotels first. When it arrived, every seat was taken and we had to stand with the floors overfilled with luggage that was rolling around with turns
The elevator was broken on the morning of check out”

“The sheets were scratchy and made us itch, the towels were rough and harsh on our skin. It is such a beautiful property and such spacious rooms, people and food and drinks are fantastic. But the linens were horrible absolutely horrible.”

“Check in was supposed to be at 3:00 p.m. we arrived and our room wasn't ready. They told us it would be about another 15 minutes, but it took about 45 minutes. We had a wedding to be at down the street at 5:00 p.m. and it would have been nice to know about the delay in advance. They did make up for it and gave us a late check out which was very much appreciated. We were charged twice for one soda in the mini fridge in the room. Although I didn't tell them about that since it was just $3, nobody...
