“This is the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a while and we travel extensively, very clean, quiet, well maintained, and breakfast was great, I couldn't initially find the info but parking was included for us no extra charge. ”

“Although they sent an email AFTER I booked the hotel that they were renovating, they assured me it wouldn't affect my stay. It would have been nice if they ALSO said that the front entrance would be closed. Instead I had to drag my luggage all the way to the front door, only to find a small sign that said: use other entrance. Okay, WHAT other entrance? (No arrows telling me). I eventually found it, but did not enjoy dragging my luggage that far! I could have parked closer had I known!”

“We thought the rooms were clean and comfortable; and we would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Boise. (The only thing I would add for improvement would be that the housekeeping staff would hang up the towels that they replace instead of leaving them on the counter. The hotel is very nice and it think it would make guests feel that the staff completed their job with gladness.) ”
