The Space:
Nestled between the Airport & Downtown Boise, walk or cycle to local coffee shops, restaurants, and unique shopping. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store within blocks of the duplex. Approx. 1.3 miles to Camel`s Back Park with miles of single track running, hiking and mtn biking trails and a half mile to the Boise greenbelt. You can easily walk or cycle to downtown.

This bright and spacious duplex is tastefully furnished with guests comfort in mind. Modern updates and bright light make the home feel more spacious.

The home comes with a fully stocked kitchen where you will find everything you need to feel at home, and enjoy prepare a home cooked meal or takeout. Full sized appliances including refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Plenty of Utensils & cookware make eating in simple and efficient. Complete with an extending dining table with seating for 4. There is also an island with 2 barstools for additional seating, or enjoying your coffee in the morning.

The main living space is equipped with a sofa that pulls out to a sofa sleeper, and a comfortable sofa chair. The sofa bed can accommodate up to 2 additional guests, and we provide bedding. Flat screen SMART TV, makes for a great night of lounging. Catch up on your favorite Netflix series or watch a movie on your favorite app!
There is a desk near the patio doors that provides plenty of natural light with a peekaboo view of the Boise Foothills. This area can also double as a nice place to work from home and opens into the living area.

The bedroom has a comfortable King bed with beautiful bright morning light. (Room darkening shades are also provided) Nightstands for personal items and bedside lamps make the space comfortable for reading in bed. There is a built in closet and space for hanging clothes and storing personal items, as well.

Bright and clean bath including a shower, a vanity and high-quality towels and linens. Shampoo, conditioner, basic essentials and paper products are provided for your convenience. A hair dryer, and a fabric steamer complete the necessities!

There is NOT a washer and dryer at this property.

Enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of coffee on the patio. Outdoor seating and a BBQ grill are provided for a nice evening outside. The yard is open and NOT fenced but the patio and your side of the yard are for you private use and enjoyment. The neighborhood bunnies often hang out in the back yard and a fun addition :)

**Note: This property does accept up to 2 pre-approved pets for an additional $50 pet fee per pet. Please reach out to us to inform us if you are bringing a dog. We do NOT accept cats due to allergies!

*NOTE: there is a separate attached duplex unit with a tenant & NO shared spaces.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private duplex the backyard area directly behind their unit. There is a tenant in the neighboring unit and half of the yard belongs to the tenant.

This vibrant neighborhood boasts a variety of restaurants, cafes, and convenience shopping, with a grocery store and numerous dining options just four blocks away. Just five blocks from the home, the Historic Boise Train Depot offers breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline, making it a must-visit during your stay.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the Boise Foothills are just one mile away, featuring miles of single-track hiking, running, and mountain biking trails. At the base of the hill, you’ll find the Boise Greenbelt, a scenic riverfront path that connects to the "Ridge to Rivers" trail system and Hulls Gulch Nature Preserve—perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers. If you're visiting during the winter, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only a 45-minute drive, offering excellent skiing, snowboarding, and year-round outdoor activities.

Getting Around:
This neighborhood is highly walkable, making it easy to explore without a car. However, if you're planning to venture beyond the area, a car or rideshare service like Uber is recommended. Getting here is hassle-free—an affordable Uber ride from the airport will have you at the property in no time, and you'll never feel stranded.
Locals love to bike and stroll through the neighborhood, and you can easily get around using Boise Green Bikes or electric scooters, which are available throughout the city. Whether you're cruising to a nearby café or heading downtown, these options make for a fun and convenient way to experience Boise like a local!

Other Things to Note:
~You may be required to provide a photo of your Drivers License or Government ID directly to the host. This is for the safety and security of both guests & property Owners, and will be requested at the discretion of Stay in My DIstrict.
~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Midstay Housekeeping is required and provided for an additional charge on all stays over 14 nights.
~ We are happy to welcome your well behaved, and house trained dog into our home!
-We do NOT accept Cats due to allergies.
-There is an additional pet fee of $50 per pet, which we will request the additional pet fee via an alteration request after the booking is confirmed.
Please also be aware of our pet policy:
-Pets should not be left unattended at the property inside or outdoors. We do have kennels available on request for an additional fee.
-Please pick up after your pets in outdoor areas immediately.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furnishings or linens. Evidence of pets on furnishings or linens will result in additional cleaning fees to guest.
-Pet fee accounts for additional cleaning and normal wear & tear due to hosting pets. Pet fee does NOT cover damage or additional cleaning above and beyond reasonable wear & tear

Interaction with Guests:
We are available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to lockbox.
