The Space:
Stay in the heart of Boise’s Central Bench in this spacious and updated private studio, designed for both comfort and convenience. Whether you are visiting for business, outdoor adventure, or a weekend getaway, this cozy retreat offers easy access to everything Boise has to offer.

This centrally located studio is less than two miles from downtown Boise, making it simple to explore the city’s best dining, shopping, and entertainment. Guests can take a scenic stroll along the Boise Greenbelt or venture into the Boise Foothills, just a twelve-minute drive away, where miles of hiking, running, and mountain biking trails await. During the winter months, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only a forty-five-minute drive, offering excellent skiing and snowboarding. ~ You must be over the age of 25 to rent any of our properties.
~ No additional guests and visitors/guests that are not registered on the reservation booking are allowed to be on the property after 10pm.
~ NO SMOKING anywhere on premises. This includes Outside. Smoking anywhere on the property will result in forfeiture of your entire deposit plus can result in additional fees up to $500 for smoke removal.
~ Midstay Housekeeping is required and provided for an additional charge on all stays over 14 nights.
~ We do NOT accept pets of any kind at this property.

Interaction with Guests:
The Owner lives onsite but wishes to not be disturbed. We are local and can be available by phone, text, email or in person. Otherwise, we give you plenty of privacy and access to lockbox.
