Situato tra le colline e il centro di Boise, a pochi isolati dai sentieri pedemontani e Hyde Park, e una delle poche case moderne in questo quartiere storico e bellissimo. Camminate o andate in bicicletta verso il Camels Back Park, caffetterie e ristoranti, o il sistema di sentieri Ridge To Rivers per escursioni a piedi o in mountain bike. O semplicemente rilassarsi sul patio posteriore in questo ambiente confortevole e invitante. In autunno, prendi una navetta a Hyde Park e dirigiti a una partita di calcio di Boise State! In inverno, vai su per la collina al Bogus Basin Ski Resort, a solo mezz'ora di distanza!

Beautiful property in a great location

Lovely modern home in a nice peaceful neighborhood. You can walk to downtown - great location for everything you would wan to do in Boise. We loved the living space- we were a family of 5 and had no problem enjoying the lounge area and fireplace. Our older children - 17 and 19- weren't wild about the bunk beds and childrens decor in their rooms - which wouldn't work for couples but really not a problem- this is a family home with all the warmth and amenities you'd expect- very nicely furnished and definitely not just a rental. We'd definitely rent again.

Can’t say enough!

We were in town for a family wedding. This home’s location, size, cleanliness, amenities, and hospitable owners were all off the charts wonderful! Best rental property we have ever used. The owners were extremely easy to work with and gracious. A neighbor even brought over an ironing board for the groomsmen to press their shirts about 5 minutes after I texted the owner! Being able to park in the garage was very helpful. The home is just lovely and the owners are the best!! Highly recommended!

Gorgeous Home - Great Location

Wonderful home in a great location that is a short walk or bike ride to Hyde Park, Camel’s Back Park and downtown. Owners were responsive to all inquiries. Everything about the home was as advertised or better. Will definitely try to rent again next time I’m in Boise.

MOST AMAZING VRBO WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN --- A++++++

Stunningly beautiful, spotlessly clean, amazingly organized with beautiful furniture, this house was amazing. It had every dish and spice you could possibly want. Bins were marked with contents. It was in a new neighborhood, beautiful patio with fountain and beautiful flowers. Backs up to a hill (greenbelt) so totally private. We were in Boise for the tandem rally and had 4 couples over for appetizers and drinks. Everyone fit well in the house both on the patio and the living room. We have already inquired about booking the house for a week to 10 days next summer. The hosts should hold classes for VRBO owners to show them how it should be done. Everyone that came over also agreed that the house was amazing. We only used the master bedroom. The bed was comfortable, the shower amazing with a TV in the bedroom. We appreciated the use of the garage to store our bike and park the car. A book was included with all of the details about how everything worked. Loved the house and the area close to Hyde Park. We went on 2 amazing hikes and then biked all of the other days. Boise is the friendliest city we have ever experienced in terms of courtesy shown to cyclists. Amazing recreational options. Wish we would have had time to "float the river."

Beautiful Home like new!!

This house is like new designed with great taste. (absoulutley flawless) Perfect location for Somebody who want to take in the City. Beautiful backyard well manintained and very relaxing. Coffee was a nice touch too! Would love the opportunity to rent the home again! Eric and Debbie

Beautiful home in great location with excellent hosts!

We rented this property for 10 days/9 nights during our daughter’s soccer tournament - the house is simply AMAZING! It is in a great neighborhood in the North End within walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails. It is a 4-5 minute drive to get downtown. The house has an open floor plan with tons of natural light. The kitchen has most everything you need and everything was labeled. We used the backyard and patio almost every night - it is extremely comfortable and private. There is a garden on the side of the house with fresh vegetables that you are allowed to pick and eat! Being able to park in the garage was a nice perk. Jason and his wife are amazing hosts who checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was good. They also left a personalized note with a list if local things to do. I can’t recommend this property highly enough. We would definitely rent this house again!
