The home was updated and very clean. The kitchen, living room, and primary bedroom are very spacious. We didn’t use the other 2 bedrooms but they looked nice. Great yard for our dogs. A very comfortable place to stay.

Meridian home

The house was nice for the 7 adults that traveled, however it would be better for 6 adults, depending on if couples or not. My son had to sleep on the couch which was very uncomfortable. Braden, the property manager, was accommodating when we arrived to town a little early and we were able to check in 30 minutes early. One of the showers didn't have hot water and after several texts and a phone call, he came to check it. He had a plumber come out the following day. He stated he would compensate us for having 7 adults have to share one shower for over 3 days, however that has not happened and after the plumber fixed the issue, I have not heard from Braden again. He has not returned my texts messages since. The game room looked nice but we never used it. I think I would have rather parked my car in the garage. But that is just me. The dishwasher needs help, doesn't clean well and the soap dispenser is broken in the dishwasher. Extra supplies, like paper towels would have been nice too. Other than those few issues, it was a nice home and good location for what we needed.

Good location

The house was fine. Certain areas didn’t seem all that clean and the one guest room mattress was hard as a rock but the location was great for getting around Meridian. Very little in the house though so for future guests bring your own Kleenex, cleaning supplies, dish soap and laundry pods. All those were missing from our house. The host was great at responding via text and brought over some supplies but seems like all those things should’ve already been there. Maybe some communication between the cleaning company and host could be improved.

Nice home, great game room/garage

We were in town to visit family. This house was nicely laid out. Master was very large, new flooring/ carpet, nice furnishings but the best part was the game room/garage. Our grandkids came over to visit and the whole family enjoyed ping pong and basketball.

Meridian Comfort

This property was perfect! The location worked well, the property was well-maintained, decorated, and stocked. Braden was very punctual in communicating check-in instructions. The property has a framed summary of the rental contract, getting right to the point on the house rules and expectations of the check-out process. Being right at the entry was a plus, as I usually need to go hunting for the house book which is normally tucked in a desk drawer at most other properties. The property is very spacious and comfortable. Would certainly stay there again!

Lack of communication

House was in a great location and was clean. This was the only rental that didn’t send us check in information. I had to reach out twice to the host for a door code. He responded a couple hours before check in and nicely let us in 30mins early. The evening we checked in our daughter found the guest shower head was broke and spraying all over the wall. I immediately reached out and the host responded that he would be by first thing in the morning. I messaged at 9am letting him know we were up…..only to get no response. Finally we wanted to go enjoy our day so I messaged to disregard. The host didn’t respond until late afternoon and didn’t even apologize for not getting back to me or showing up. The house also had a kitchen cabinet full of dishes pulling off the wall. House was clean but be prepared with your own toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels. I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Great Visit

This house was perfect for our stay in the Boise area. Braden, the property manager made sure we had everything we needed. Clean, beautiful and comfortable home with a nice patio and fenced yard. We will definitely book this home again in the near future.

Meridian Family Christmas

When our oldest moved for work we decided to bring the whole fam to them for our family christmas. This house was wonderful. Huge common space great bedrooms.
