Le Pressoir - Maison atypique à la campagne

The agency Cocoonr/Bookandpay offers for rent, in Boissei-la-Lande, this atypical house with an area of 30 m2 and can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It is composed of a living room of 7 m 2, an equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 1,500 m 2. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A living room of 7 m2 with sofa, TV open to a kitchenette equipped with notably: microwave oven, toaster, hobs...
- A bathroom with shower and toilet separated from the living room by a sliding door

Upstairs (accessible by an external staircase):
- A room with 1 double bed (140 190)

Exterior:
- A covered terrace of 8 m2 with furniture including a staircase to go up to the upper floor which gives access to the bedroom and a second terrace
- A beautiful enclosed and shared garden of 1,500 m 2

The house is ideally located in Boissei-la-Lande, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...

- Bagnole de l'Orne
- Alençon: famous for its UNESCO-listed lace and its Museum of Fine Arts and Lace

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking of the house.

- There is no public transport, the car is strongly recommended
- Alençon station is 30 minutes away
- Caen airport is 1 hour away

- Pets are accepted free of charge. Only one small animal is allowed per stay. Dogs are welcome; however, cats are less recommended because the owner, who lives nearby, has dogs

- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat rate supplement may be required.
