“Beautiful place in a quiet neighborhood”

“Cute, modern and very clean apartment! The apartment had all the conveniences of home which is just what we needed for our short stay! Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!”

“We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...

“The apartment is ideally located - short walk to the beach, and restaurants right across the street (and a deli below the apartment). Bikes available and an outdoor space for games. There are still some drainage issues around the island, so the walkway to the beach at the end of the street was under water from recent rain (we saw this in other parts of the island, too). Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Thank you for a nice weekend! ”
