"The resort is located in an amazing place, on the cost. The services are good, even if some elements are really poor: for example the tour and services assistant do not offer so much, sometimes without knowing many elements and details, and it has a competitor on the beach working for another structure. ..."

"I checked in on 06/18 our bathroom floor was wet(as if it was just mopped). We didn’t realize at first and walked on it. This caused the floor to get dirty. That’s also a safety hazard.
