“House is good. One issue is at the 4th floor and no elevator. Communication with the real estate professionals was excellent”

“Temperatures were blazing and air conditioning not working. Tried to contact host many times and no response. Finally responded on the second night and sent out a tech who said the units needed gas but he was not able to do it and then they never got back to us. At one point the power went out and again we could not reach the host. Sofa bed was broken and extremely uncomfortable.”

“There was a terrible smell in the bathroom. The ceiling had water damage. The bedside light was just an exposed lightbulb. We left after the first night. The smell was so bad we couldn’t stay. The owner did not offer to refund any portion of the stay and instead blamed us for leaving before they could “verify” the issue. Very disappointed. Would give negative stars if possible. ”

“The Aparment is an interior unit over looking the interior roof of the building underneath. It's on the second floor right above one of the main city fresh food and fish markets. It's very centrally located right next to the main city square with walkable distance to all the main city attractions. However with that location comes really heavy noise in the evenings from several restaurants and bars downstairs until late, as well as some mornings hearing all the bottles and garbage...

“The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice. The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night. The airco placement right across the bed is not the best since you get a dry mouth and nosebleeds. But all in all we had a good stay and the apartment itself was good...
