This is not a minimalist or contemporary property: each room has its own individual atmosphere and tells a different part of the house’s story.



The property has four bedrooms. Two are suites with their own private en-suite bathrooms, while the other bedrooms use the additional bathrooms available in the home. This layout works particularly well for families or groups of friends who wish to stay together while retaining a degree of privacy.



The spacious living room is the heart of the home: a welcoming setting filled with art, books, furniture and original details, where guests can relax and spend time together after exploring the city.



The property also has a kitchenette suitable for preparing breakfast, drinks, snacks and simple meals. It is not a fully equipped kitchen and is not designed for elaborate cooking or for preparing large meals for a group.

Bologna Centrale railway station can be reached on foot, by public transport or by taxi. The Marconi Express connects Bologna Airport with the central railway station.

The property is located within Bologna’s restricted traffic zone (ZTL). Guests arriving by car can use one of the paid garages in the historic centre, such as Everyday Petroni. We recommend contacting the garage in advance to confirm availability, access instructions and registration of the vehicle’s licence plate.
