Vacation Apartment No. 22 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people. <br><br>The “Leuchtturm” apartment is a modernly furnished vacation rental with a terrace facing northeast. Designed with great attention to detail, the 58 m² space features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 50 m from the Dünenblick resort. <br><br>Enjoy the Baltic Sea climate in a beach chair (April through October) on the beautiful terrace, which is accessible from the living room. The living and dining area welcomes you with a spacious sofa arrangement and a dining area. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a selection of games. The patio door features an insect screen (swing door).<br><br>The built-in kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired when it comes to preparing your meals. You’ll find a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a dishwasher.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200) and a dresser. A second flat-screen TV provides additional entertainment. Blackout curtains and insect screens on the windows ensure a peaceful and restful night’s sleep.<br><br>The brightly tiled shower room is equipped with a walk-in glass shower and a sink. A designer flooring was installed in the living room. <br><br>Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An underground parking space (entry height 2.10 m) ensures safe parking for your car. <br><br>At Dünenblick, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle parking in front of the building, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers. <br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. The peaceful surroundings and proximity to the beach offer you the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation right on the Baltic Sea.<br><br>The entire complex has free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or the (rooftop) terrace of your apartment. Some vacation apartments overlooking the Baltic Sea offer a direct view of the ocean.<br><br>Coin-operated washing machines and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the first building. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the vacation complex.
