Vacation Apartment No. 36 in the Dünenblick vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>This modern 2-room vacation apartment with an east-facing terrace is located on the first floor of Building 3. A living/dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower are spread across 45 m² of living space. The Dünenblick resort is approximately 50 m from the beach.<br><br>You can access the landscaped, furnished terrace from the living room. The living and dining area features an open layout and includes a dining table for shared meals. The cozy sofa bed (200 x 200 cm) is perfect for relaxing. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.<br><br>Right next to the dining area is the kitchenette, equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a 4-burner stove with an oven, and a microwave.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. A second large closet in the hallway offers additional storage space. Curtains on the windows allow you to block out the light.<br><br>A special feature of this vacation rental is the bathroom with a walk-in glass shower. Laminate flooring was chosen for the apartment. The kitchen area is tiled. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An underground parking space (entry height 2.10 m) ensures safe parking for your car. <br><br>The Dünenblick offers free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), bicycle storage, coin-operated washing machines, and coin-operated dryers.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Some vacation apartments overlooking the Baltic Sea offer a direct view of the ocean.<br><br>Coin-operated washing machines and a coin-operated dryer are available in the basement of the first building. You can park your bicycles in the bike rack in front of the vacation complex.
