The 68 m² family-friendly two-room apartment, booa4-37, is located at the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. A unique feature is the beautifully situated and exceptionally large corner rooftop terrace facing southeast, where you can spend quality time with the whole family. Enjoy the sun and the mild climate of the Baltic Sea.

A starter set of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the top floor—the penthouse level—of Building 4, facing southeast. The Baltic Sea is practically right on your doorstep—just 200 meters away, you’ll find Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, which stretches for kilometers. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and attractions. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This bright and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple glazing, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and heated towel rack. The apartment has a hallway with a coat closet.
The large rooftop terrace, furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, is a wonderful place to relax, sunbathe, and socialize. From here, you’ll enjoy a unique view of the nearby coastal forest to the northeast and the Tarnewitzer Urwald nature reserve to the south. The rooftop terrace is accessible from the living-dining area. With the exception of a threshold leading to the terrace, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free.


’s Highlights Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the vacation complex—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available to you. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.
Our guest reception area, complete with a front desk and lounge, is located in the on-site café “Up Wiek.” When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small children’s playground and free Wi-Fi.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can access the underground parking garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the elevator in Building 5. A storage room for bicycles is available in the underground parking garage, as well as charging outlets for e-bikes and electric cars. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes drying rack. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your use in Building 5.

Look forward to tastefully furnished non-smoking apartments with floor-to-ceiling windows, heated floors, and a fully equipped open kitchen. All apartments feature free Wi-Fi as well as a balcony, terrace, or rooftop terrace. The apartments are spread across five apartment buildings with green roofs.

In Building 1, you’ll find the front desk and the small, cozy café “Up Wiek,” where you can enjoy breakfast. Here, we also serve aromatic specialty coffees, homemade cakes, and hearty snacks. “Up Wiek” features a terrace and its own small children’s playground, as well as free Wi-Fi. Breakfast. You’re also welcome to get coffee and cake to go—for example, for the beach, a day trip, or the drive home. We also offer fresh rolls in the morning—just order them the day before, and you can pick up your fresh-baked rolls the next morning.

You can relax wonderfully in our on-site sauna area, which features a Finnish sauna, a bio sauna, and a relaxation zone. Bathrobes and sauna towels can be rented from us for a small fee. The sauna area is available to you free of charge.
In addition, the Aparthotel Ostseeallee features an elevator, an underground parking garage, charging stations for electric cars in the outdoor parking spaces, and a bicycle storage room in the underground garage with charging stations for e-bikes. Your parking space in the underground garage is included! Please note that charging electric cars using the building’s electrical system is prohibited. Please use public charging stations instead.
