The "Apfelstübchen" apartment at Friedrich-Engels-Str. 18 is a charming one-room apartment for two people that stands out for its quiet location and proximity to the pier, the spa administration office, and the beach (only about 200 m away). You’ll find a combined living/dining/sleeping area as well as a tiled bathroom with a shower.

The open-concept space features a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax. A flat-screen TV and a radio provide entertainment.
The small, practical kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and plenty of dishes. A convenient dining area for two people is also integrated into the living area.

A large double bed (180 x 200 cm) ensures restful nights. A closet offers plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Blackout curtains are provided to ensure undisturbed sleep. Additionally, there is an external sunshade on the skylight.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. You are, of course, welcome to use the garden area. Garden furniture is provided.

A parking space on the property next to the house is included with the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the covered shelter. If you’re arriving with more than one vehicle, please park the second car in the public (paid) parking lot.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without sheet sets).

The apartments are within walking distance (5 minutes on foot) of the beach and the town center.

On the property, you’ll find a parking space for your car and covered bike shelters.

You’re welcome to use the patio furniture and lounge chairs in the garden. There are terraces in front of the two ground-floor apartments.
