Your vacation rental, No. 17, in the Haus am Teich is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.

Apartment No. 17 is located on the 1st floor. The 55 m² apartment features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a furnished, covered balcony facing northwest. The apartment is approximately 100 meters from the beach.

In the living room, you’ll find a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. Games and books are also available. You’ll find a comfortable sofa and armchairs; curtains at the window provide privacy.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a closet for your vacation wardrobe. There are curtains at the window.

The fully equipped kitchen area features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a dining area for meals. The entire living area has vinyl flooring.

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Please note that pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity of the building.

At Haus am Teich, you have access to free Wi-Fi and fiber-optic internet (subject to availability), bike storage in the underground garage, and coin-operated washing machines and dryers in the common area.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

The “Haus am Teich” vacation complex is located one block back from Dünenweg in a quiet yet central location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Boltenhagen. It is about 100 meters to the beach.

Wi-Fi is available in all apartments (subject to change).

Pets are allowed in some apartments.

A designated parking spot for your car is reserved either in the underground garage next to the building or in the outdoor parking lot.
