Vacation Apartment 01-4 in the Papillon Vacation Complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

Located on the first floor of the building, this light-filled, ground-floor apartment measures approximately 55 m². Its covered terrace faces southwest and features a beach chair. The apartment includes a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon vacation village.

On the terrace, furnished with a seating set and a new beach chair, you can enjoy the sun all day long with an unobstructed view of the greenery. A comfortable sleeper sofa for a third person is available. For entertainment, you’ll find a large flat-screen TV, a DVD player, DVDs, a hi-fi system with a docking station (for USB), and a CD player.

In the fully equipped kitchen area, you’ll find a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Meals can be enjoyed in the spacious dining area in the living room. The entire living and kitchen area has laminate flooring.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. Curtains are provided for privacy. You’ll find another large wardrobe in the hallway.

The bright, tiled shower room has a window. Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in House 1. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information:
The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid parking lots in town.

The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has one free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
