Vacation Apartment 04-4 in the Papillon vacation complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.<br><br>The apartment, which features a south-west-facing terrace, is located at the end of Building 4. The approximately 55 m² of living space includes a bright living room with an integrated kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon vacation complex.<br><br>You step out onto the furnished terrace from the living area. The corner couch provides a comfortable sleeping area (150 x 200 cm) for two people. Meals can be enjoyed in the bright dining area, which seats four. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system are available for your entertainment.<br><br>The practically furnished kitchenette features a dishwasher, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Laminate flooring was chosen throughout the entire apartment.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a large closet for your wardrobe. Exterior blinds on all windows block out the light and ensure a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>A window in the tiled shower room offers you additional comfort. Bicycles can be securely stored in the building’s bike storage room. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests in Building 4. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the basement. The outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the building. The complex includes a small playground.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid parking lots in town.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The Papillon vacation village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.<br><br>Children are warmly welcomed in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.<br><br>Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.<br><br>Vacation apartments in the Papillon Boltenhagen vacation village:<br><br>Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.<br>Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
