Vacation Apartment 13-4 in the Papillon vacation complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

The 2-room apartment is located on the first floor and features a south-facing terrace. With approximately 55 m², it offers plenty of space for up to 4 people to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It features a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 250 m from the Papillon vacation complex.

The sunny terrace is furnished and invites you to relax outdoors. Your living room is furnished with a double sofa bed (140 x 195 cm). You can enjoy meals together at a large dining table. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo system, and a selection of games and books.

The kitchenette, featuring a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment, is located right next to the dining area. Designer vinyl flooring was chosen for the entire apartment.

The bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a spacious closet. The windows can be darkened with curtains.

A tiled bathroom with a toilet and shower is also equipped with a hair dryer. There is also a window. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located right next to the house. The complex includes a small playground. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to you free of charge.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this vacation rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the town’s public paid parking lots.


Complex:

The Papillon vacation village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town center, invites you to enjoy a cozy vacation. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in the park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandbox, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon vacation complex. On the first floor are 2-room apartments with a terrace. An outdoor staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
